CHRISTIAN RETREAT HOUSE
Stanton House is a retreat house owned by a Christian charitable trust. The house, in an attractive village near Oxford, provides 10 guest bedrooms, two lounges, a dining room and a small prayer room. It offers comfortable accommodation in an informal and friendly atmosphere with home cooking a speciality.
There is no structured programme, apart from informal prayers after supper. Guests are encouraged to plan their time to suit their individual needs. The house itself, the grounds and stream, and walks in the surrounding area, provide plenty of space for peace and quiet.
Facilities are available for small groups.
